I had no idea when I started this crazy endeavor that it would become one of those words that I used to define who I am. I’m single. I’m a college graduate. I’m a football fan. But yeah, I can say it loud, anonymous, and proud, I’m a blogger.
I’ll admit, I’ve become invested. I care about the lives of people I’ve never met simply because of the way they spin their lives into words that I can curl into on a rainy night, that inject a dose of cynicism into my eternal optimism, that remind me of myself, and that inspire me that this project could turn into much more someday.
A special thanks to Meleah, a kick ass loyal reader, commenter, and blogger who gave me an award just for doing something I already enjoy. This is the blogging equivalent of being paid to travel the world or hang out with my girlfriends.

Some call what we do silly, narcissistic, or TMI. For me, it’s therapeutic, and a professional exercise in maintaining originality. Thanks to everyone who has made me feel like part of this community, and here’s to a New Year full of blogging, boozing, and baring our souls.

It does feel like a little social group of bloggers, huh? Sometimes I think about how great it’d be to meet up with the girls who I read about regularly when I’m in their hometown. After all, I feel like I practically know them, and I KNOW we’d have a lot of stories to share! Keep it up Exposed, blogging can be so fun and rewarding!
