Roses lie discarded on the ground. Crinkled aluminum foil overflows from garbage cans across the land. Deflated balloons lose their heart shape and hover dangerously above ground.
The beginning of a champagne headache buzzes behind eyes across America.
Some are relieved, some are content, and most are left wondering what all the fuss was about.

Valentine’s Day is over and even before that easter eggs were on the shelves! It is all just one big charade!
